ABOUT DOUG'S DUGS
Hi, I’m Douglas, a former greyhound owner and lifelong dog lover based in Howwood, Renfrewshire.
Along with my patner, Vicky, I provide dog boarding, doggy day care and walking from my home, offering a calm and comfortable environment where dogs are treated as part of the family.
While I have a particular soft spot for greyhounds, whippets, lurchers and other sighthounds, I love getting to know dogs of all breeds and personalities. Care is always tailored to the individual dog — whether they are a nervous rescue, a playful youngster, or a senior looking for a quiet retreat.
My aim is simple: to make your dog feel safe, relaxed and at home while you are away.
MY SERVICES
My home and garden have been inspected by Renfrewshire council, and I am fully licensed and insured to provide pet care services. Either myself or Vicky will always be home during your dog's stay.
Your dog can expect:

I’m located in a peaceful village setting with easy access to beautiful countryside, making it a perfect place for relaxed and happy dogs.

DOG BOARDING
When you need to be away, my home boarding service provides a loving, safe environment where your dog can relax and play while you are gone.
I only ever board a maximum of two dogs at any one time and they must be from the same household.
Per night: £30.00
DOGGY DAY CARE
My doggy day care service allows your furry friend to be cared for in a supervised and friendly setting, giving you peace of mind during your busy day.
As with boarding, I only ever care for a maximum of two dogs at any one time and they must be from the same household.
Full day: £25.00
DOG WALKING
My dog walking service ensures your pet gets the exercise they need while enjoying the great outdoors. I offer flexible walk durations to fit your schedule.
